According to Paul Hardyman, a consulting arborist and director of Arterra a landscape design firm, 30% of bagged trees do not conform to NATSPEC guidelines. Trees that fail to conform have a much higher risk of dying thus exposing landscape architects to the risk liability for project failures. |
